Disclaimer

1) All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangable.

2) All items are sold in perfect condition unless otherwise mentioned. AppleFace Fashion shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, etc. after items is sold/sent out by post.

3) All items delivered are of quality products. We will try our best to ensure that the pictures of our products shown are accurate representations of the actual items. However, we cannot guarantee that there will not be a slight variation in colour, design & size. The colour of the item may vary slightly as it depends on your monitor display of colours.

4) Please allow 2-3 cm discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different production batches/ways of measurement.

5) Please understand that sometimes unexpected situation such as product out of stock will cause a longer waiting time. We will make sure you are informed if any unexpected errors occurred.

AppleFace Fashions World is an online boutique in Malaysia selling ladies fashions imported from Taiwan and Hong Kong. We have new items every month, therefore do drop by more often to check out for new suprises!!!

We are now giving discount for some of the items!!!! Place your order before they are all gone as stock is limited!!!

We only send out our items to customers using Pos Laju. If you purchase more than one item , you are entitled to enjoy a RM4 discount on the postage fees for each item from the 2nd piece onwards! You can place your order now by sending us emails.

All these items are pre-ordered, meaning we will order the items from the suppliers after you made your payment.

Since the responds are getting better, AppleFace has decided to increase the number of orders to the suppliers from once to TWICE in a month. In another word, we will send your orders to our suppliers on every 1st and 16th of the month. It will take approximately 3 weeks to receive your items after the closing date.

We need you to provide us the following details when you place your order:-

a) Your Name
b) Your Mailing Address (This is the address that we will send you your clothes.)
c) Your email address
d) Your contact number
e) Item Code
f) Item Colour and size (if applicable)
g) Quantity

*We promise to keep your details confidential*

2) We will reply your mail to confirm your order and amount to pay.

3) Pay/Transfer the exact amount to our Maybank account. ( We will provide you our bank account information in our reply to you.)

4) Send us email notification after payment is made.

~** Delivery Information

1) All items are pre-ordered. We will send out the orders to our suppliers on every 1st and 16th of the month. Customer should be able to receive their orders approximately 3 weeks after the closing date.

2) Postage fees is self-sponsored by the buyer. We only send out the item using Pos Laju, as we have experienced few cases where items sent via Normal Mail have gone missing.

for West Malaysia:
- RM 7 per piece (Pos Laju)
If you purchase more than 1 item, AppleFace will give you RM 4 discount each from the 2nd pieces and above ^_^

for East Malaysia and Overseas:
- Please contact us for Postage fees detail.
